Initially founded in 1985 as GLL & Associates, Inc., Granite Mortgage, Inc. is a strong leader in the community with a specialized niche as a major source for FHA and VA loans throughout the southeast. In 1997, GLL was acquired by the Bank of Granite Corporation, which is located in Granite Falls, North Carolina. Current Opportunities:

Winston-Salem - Mortgage Loan Processor

Position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience processing FHA, VA, and Conventional loans. Must have knowledge of LP/DU; and possess excellent communication, computer and organizational skills. Pay commensurate with experience.

Winston-Salem - Underwriter

Review all mortgage applications and documentation to ensure a comprehensive and accurate loan file. In-depth knowledge of investor, agency and company guidelines to assure compliance. Must have expertise in LP/DU. In-depth knowledge of government loans; expediency; attention to detail; and good interpersonal skills a must. Minimum of 2 years experience.

Hickory - Mortgage Loan Processor

Position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience processing FHA, VA, and Conventional loans. Must have knowledge of LP/DU; and possess excellent communication, computer and organizational skills. Pay commensurate with experience.
